Ibrahim Mansour Whether sculpting in bronze or stone, Dr. Ibrahim Mansour’s artworks are inspired by nature, exploring organic forms with minimalist shapes and sublime curves, honoring the material and the natural world from which they are born. Luxor Art Gallery was honored to host Dr. Ibrahim in March during a one week stone sculpture workshop in the gallery garden, producing nearly a dozen wonderful art pieces. With an in-depth knowledge of materials and tools, along with his genuine kindness, caring temperament and patience, Dr. Ibrahim is a beloved teacher and a dear friend to the gallery. We hope to host him and his talented students and colleagues again in future workshops. —D.N.
