Khaled Abul-Dahab خالد أبو الدهب     Khaled Abul-dahab is an award winning, internationally acclaimed photographer and artist from Cairo, Egypt. Winner of numerous awards including the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Tolerance Award, and photography awards at the London and Italian Biennials, Khaled has participated in numerous exhibitions as an artist, juror, and curator. A generous teacher giving countless photography and photojournalism workshops, Khaled has been featured as a guest on global television channels, and was host of a photography segment Yalla Tasweer for the MBC Network for two seasonsn. He is founder of “Professional Photography Courses Dubai,” and has traveled extensively for his photography including Tibet, India, Turkey, Jordan, Oman, Nigeria, London, and Italy.

Khaled is a beloved, unique, and valuable presence in the contemporary art world. Ambitious and humble, his passion is his camera and Egypt, inspired by the unique culture and history of his home country. Through his camera lens, Khaled seeks the essence, mood, sensations, and beauty of the Egyptian sun-drenched land and its storied people. His Nubian portraits are intimate and intense, capturing the warmth of each individual, young and old.
