NOURAN SAADY
Nouran Saady Luxor Art Gallery is so pleased to present the artworks of Nouran Saady, whose large, sweeping Egyptian landscapes were shown in a group exhibition in the gallery in 2019. Originating from Aswan, Nouran’s paintings echo the familiar imagery of the rural south: Nile river scenes, golden wheat fields, and noble working women in their dark gallabia. Nouran’s art is sentimental and peaceful. Her deep affection for the land radiates through the saturated colors with her dancing brushwork. Luxor Art Gallery is committed to supporting young artists like Nouran, and we hope she continues to explore and create more of her beautiful artworks. —D.N.
